Rewarding loyal players is a long-standing practice on online gaming platforms worldwide. But building that experience specifically around Bangladeshi players — 38bd was the first to do it right. The core idea behind our VIP program was simple: every player who sticks with us should feel like they're getting something extra with every single bet.

How to Join the VIP Program

The moment you create an account at 38bd, you're automatically enrolled in the VIP program at the Bronze tier — no application or fee required. Just keep playing, keep earning points, and you'll naturally rise through the tiers.

A lot of people wonder whether these points are actually worth anything. The answer is yes — directly. 100 points equals 1 BDT in cash credit. So if you play a little on slots every day, by the end of the month you'll have built up a solid points balance that you can use on your next bet or withdraw as cash.

What Makes the Silver Tier Different

On many platforms, Silver is just a name change. At 38bd, it makes a real difference. Reaching the Silver tier unlocks daily bonuses, higher reload bonuses, and noticeably faster withdrawals. Players who play 3–4 times a week typically move from Bronze to Silver within 2–3 months.

Gold and Above — Where It Gets Real

From the Gold tier, the 38bd VIP experience takes on a whole new dimension. Having a dedicated account manager means your issues can be resolved before you even reach live chat — because your manager already knows the full picture of your account. Access to special tournaments means you're not competing against casual players, but going head-to-head with players at your level for bigger prizes.

Reaching Platinum comes with a significant increase in withdrawal limits. The processing friction that can come with large wins simply isn't something Platinum members deal with. Custom bonus offers mean promotions tailored specifically to the types of games you enjoy.

Diamond — The Highest Honor

The Diamond tier means being recognized as one of 38bd's most valued players. Unlimited withdrawals means no daily or weekly limits. A personal VIP host means a dedicated person looking after your account exclusively. And private table access means a peaceful gaming environment away from the crowd.

Birthday gifts for Diamond members are truly something special — not just a small bonus, but a customized package that includes cash, free spins, and exclusive tournament tickets.

How to Redeem Your Points

Go to the "Redeem Points" option on your account dashboard. Choose how many points you'd like to use. Then pick your reward — bonus credit, free spins, or straight cash. It'll be added to your balance within seconds. The whole process is fully automated, with no approval wait time.

The best part is that points at 38bd never expire. Many platforms set a 30 or 90-day expiry on points, but here you can accumulate them year after year — even if your account goes inactive, your points stay.
