General Bonus Terms

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.

• Bonus validity typically ranges from 7–30 days, depending on the offer.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 38bd:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Collusive cheating — coordinating with others to systematically play against the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Creating an account with false information or attempting to bypass verification.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Harassing or abusing other players.

38bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Suspicious transaction patterns.
• When a user submits a self-exclusion request.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
