Using an online betting and gaming platform can sometimes raise small questions or hiccups — how to make a deposit, where to find your bonus, why a game won't load. The 38bd Help Center is here for exactly that, so you always have the right information at hand and your experience stays smooth.

Games & Betting Issues

Games on 38bd may occasionally take longer to load, particularly on slower internet connections. Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing the page. If you're using the mobile app, close it and reopen it. If the problem persists, reach out via live chat and our technical team will get it sorted quickly.

Odds in Sports Betting can change quickly. Before placing a bet, refresh the page to make sure you're seeing the latest odds. This is especially important in live betting, where odds shift moment to moment as the match unfolds.

Having trouble using the app?

The 38bd mobile app is available free on both Android and iOS. If you run into installation issues on Android, go to your phone's settings and enable "Install from unknown sources". iOS users can download the app directly from the App Store. Some features may not work on older versions of the app, so make sure you always have the latest update installed.

If you're having trouble logging into the app, start by checking your internet connection. If you're using a VPN, turn it off and try again. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and reset it via OTP.

Learn About Security

38bd takes your account security seriously. We use SSL 256-bit encryption to keep all your data transfers safe. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) helps prevent unauthorized access to your account. We will never ask for your password via email or SMS — if you receive such a message, mark it as spam and report it to us.

Change your account password regularly and never share it with anyone. Always log in from a secure, trusted network. Avoid making transactions on 38bd over public Wi-Fi.

Exclusive Benefits for VIP Members

Joining the 38bd VIP program earns you loyalty points on every bet and game you play. These points can be redeemed for cash rewards, free bets, or exclusive bonuses. There are five tiers ranging from Bronze to Diamond, with better benefits at each level. Diamond members enjoy a dedicated VIP manager, unlimited withdrawals, and a special birthday gift.

For full details on how VIP points are calculated, visit our VIP page — each tier's benefits and point thresholds are clearly listed there.

Responsible Gaming Tips

38bd believes that setting limits is essential for healthy, enjoyable gaming. Set a daily or weekly budget and stick to it. Never chase losses by placing bigger bets to win back what you've lost. If gaming ever feels like stress rather than fun, it's time to stop.

Your account settings include options to set deposit limits, session time limits, and cooldown periods. If needed, you can also use the self-exclusion option to take a temporary break from the platform. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for more details.
